Rachael is fantastic. I have been putting therapy off for years and was super skeptical about it being able to help me, but thank the lord I was so wrong with my assumptions. She is open, empathetic, kind, and has taught me so much about what I thought I already knew about introspection and self improvement. 11/10, I cannot recommend Rachael or BetterHelp enough!
