My therapeutic approach combines person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and psycho-dynamic. Rachel is a very compassionate, thoughtful therapist. I enter therapy pretty open, but I think even if I didn’t, she would still be really good at asking questions that stimulate a lot of discussion and move sessions forward. I love that Rachel gives me measurable goals. At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about the goals we developed together, but as the week went by, I really appreciated having quantifiable, straightforward goals to reach toward.
