I have over ten years of experience conducting services with individuals in behavioral health outpatient settings and community based settings globally. I operate from person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed theoretical frameworks with a history of working with individuals and communities navigating addiction and recovery; homelessness; unemployment; trauma including sexual abuse and gender based violence; corporate wellbeing, work-life imbalance, burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious traumatization; intellectual and developmental disabilities; grief and loss; oncology treatment; anxiety and stress; transracial and transnational foster care, adoption, and attachment issues; depression and suicidality; LGBTQIA+ issues; reproductive issues including infertility, miscarriage, infant loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders; as well as physical disabilities.
