About me

Welcome :) Great job on taking the first steps for initiating therapy. It is not easy to ask for help but we are all deserving of it no matter how big or small we feel life’s challenges are. I have been working directly with clients in the behavioral health field for 12 years and obtained my license in professional counseling in 2017. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, survivors of trauma and abuse, gender dysphoria, personality disorders, schizophrenia and other thought disorders.

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I seek to build a therapeutic alliance that empowers the client. I like to individualize my approach as much as possible based on the client’s needs so I welcome your feedback and preferences as we start our therapeutic relationship together.
