She’s very kind and knowledgeable. She has great advice. She understands that life is hard at times and sometimes life is more challenging than others. She helps celebrate the good times and work through the bad times. She and I click very well I feel.

Rachel is absolutely amazing! She always listens to what I have to say instead of just hearing me. Rachel is spot on with resources to assist me with my life challenges. I am very thankful for her dedication and thoughtfulness.

Better help could not have picked a better fit for me. I love how my therapist always seems to understand where I’m coming from and tries to relate to every situation.
