I am a skilled Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
With years of personal experience and recovery behind me, I specialize in the treatment of addictions, eating disorders, trauma and LGBTQ+ issues. Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Mindfulness.
