I am so grateful to have found BetterHelp and even more grateful to have been matched with Rachel. She listens so closely, shares thoughts and ideas that may be helpful and has been so “spot on” with them. I really feel heard and understood.

RJ has both saved my mental state and my marriage. Rachel has helped me realize and come to my own conclusions, what I need most in my life and what is actually going to benefit me best. She has guided me through conversations I've had with others as well as conversations I've had to myself.
I've learned how to love myself stronger, make my needs important and feel imported to authentically and intentionally address issues with confidence and truth behind them.
I'm no longer afraid of communicating because I see it all as growth now, instead of failure. I would recommend Rachel to anyone and the ends of the earth!
1.5 years in, give or take every other week, but it's been my best relationship yet! ❤️
Thanks RJ for all that you do and all that you give others and hold space for.

Rachel is one of those people you’re delighted to cross paths with! She’s knowledgeable, informative, encouraging and holds you accountable to the work you are willing to embrace. I wouldn’t be in the headspace I’m in now without her guidance. It was important to have someone I could speak with in a safe & productive environment to make changes for myself & those around me. Rachel has made that a reality & shown me change is unlimited.

I have had the most progress with working with Rachel. She is professional, empathetic, straight forward and kind. I feel that if I had been working with her sooner I would have been in a much better place earlier. Very thankful for her and I always look forward to our sessions.
