I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Nationally Certified Counselor. I have 7 years of combined experience in the mental health field including community-based rehabilitation, case and care management, and counseling in a variety of settings. I am also Human Rights Certified through the Wassmuth Center of Human Rights. As a therapist, I incorporate a variety of theories and approaches to best fit your needs. I primarily use a person-centered and solutions focused approach combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma informed methods. I enjoy highlighting your strengths and empowering you to create the life that gives you meaning and purpose. My personality is warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental.
