About me

I am licensed in Maryland with over 10 years of professional work experience with diverse and multicultural populations. I have worked in the past, with adolescents, teenagers, adults and geriatrics in a behavioral hospital set up in Georgia. I use evidence-based approaches which include, CBT, Solution Focused therapy, psychotherapy, Mindfulness- Based therapy and behavioral therapy. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, grief and loss, depression and relationships issues. I also have experience working with people who have criminal recidivism, having worked in a State Correctional facility. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, working very closely with each client.
