I am a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with over 25 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I am a LGBTQ+ affirmative. In such a short amount of time, I’ve had a lot of stress in my life that I felt like I was on the verge of a mental breakdown.
