Rachel is a thoughtful, wise, and empowering therapist. I really was helped by her advice and feel a lot more confident taking on the problems that life throws at me and even counseling others. She is very smart and well versed in her therapy techniques and I would recommend her to anyone seeking good counsel. I went to her for about 5 months and have noticed a significant change in my attitudes and the ways I handle stress now. She gave me so many valuable tools and strategies for coping with my issues and I can't recommend her enough! Thank you so much for all your help Rachel!

So far, I have had 3 sessions with Rachel. She has helped me look at things from a different perspective and has really helped me get to the root of my issues. While I know I have a road ahead of me to get through, I know that I can trust her for support and guidance. She understands me in everything I tell her, even though sometimes I think I am rambling. Thank you so much for your continued guidance!

I was always afraid to start counseling, and now I wish I had done it sooner. If you have nothing to lose I recommend you do it yourself. You’d be surprised how much you learn about yourself, only because you weren’t being asked the correct questions from people who want to help you.
