What a tremendous gift Rachel has been for my psyche. She was able to help me with issues that laid under other irritations to help me deal with what was at the root of my issues. She gave me sound and caring feed back and seemed to understand multiple paths for self improvement. She made me feel heard.

I got very lucky in getting matched with Rachel on the very first try upon signing up with BetterHelp. She is incredibly empathetic, insightful, resourceful, knowledgeable, and empowering in her approach. She also understood my spirituality, viewpoints, and practices as living by the power of creative thought is my lifestyle and is important that my therapist understands that. I highly recommend Rachel.
