About me

I began my career as a paralegal with a BA in Sociology with focus in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth. Rachel is so great and supportive. I love that she doesn't make therapy so formal. I have room to be as casual and blunt as I want and we explore areas that I want to work on that day. She is just amazing over all.

Rachel has been an incredible therapist. She allows me to speak my mind freely and guides me to core problems, while giving me practical strategies, anecdotes, homework (per my request) to drive home what I need to heal, and her professional opinions. As far as therapists go, Rachel has set the bar for me. I look forward to each of our therapy sessions and I feel that I’m making progress overall. This is the best I’ve felt in a long time, and I feel like I’m evolving into a better person. All my thanks to you, Rachel!
