Rachelle is wonderful. There is just something very calming about her and talking to her puts me at ease! There is never pressure to talk about anything specific and she just lets me feel things as I do. It's like talking with a friend who has no bias on anything because she doesn't know anyone in my life besides how she views them through me. And I always say our perception is our reality. It's my first experience with therapy and I feel lucky to have found a great fit for what I needed out of it!
