I didn’t realize how much I needed a cheerleader until I got Raelynn in my corner! I feel like she projects confidence in my abilities to identify and solve my own problems. She empowers me to trust my instincts and follow my own gut, but she also provides tools and structure. Like Yoda if he were, you know, a charismatic woman.

Raelynn is a very good therapist. Betterhelp did an excellent job of matching us.

Kind, empathetic, lets you get out what you need to and then gives questions to objectively look at things from another perspective and process from a different angle. I feel progress.

I’ve been with Raelynn for almost one year now and she has been the therapist for me. I need someone who listens, doesn’t tell me what to do, offers questions for me to ponder and talk through, and supports me making healthy decisions while also bringing up when I do have a win that I may have missed even seeing. I feel like we’re doing great work while also stopping to smell the roses along the way.

I’ve only had two sessions with Raelynn but she is amazing. Very calming, attentive, and sweet. She gives me great things to think on and she is very easy to talk to. I was nervous to get back into therapy but creates such a safe environment that my concerns instantly disappeared.
