About me
My goal is to support the self-determination of my clients while using a holistic approach, utilizing evidence-based practice, and actively practicing cultural competency. I like to tell my clients that I am on their team and we will walk the therapeutic journey together.
I have five years of professional experience focusing on high-risk youth and families. Most recently, I work as a clinical supervisor in providing intensive therapy for them and their family. In addition, I have worked in residential, outpatient, and academic settings. I support clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, etc. I am licensed in Florida and Michigan.
Contact me for any further questions, and I would love to get to know you!
