Rashel Lauret, LMFT
About me
I am licensed in North Carolina with 8 years of professional work experience. I am experienced in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting challenges, motivation, and self-esteem. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
Each of us experiences stress, loneliness, anger, and sadness, etc.., also everyone’s experiences and reactions are different and valid. Left unaddressed, these feelings can lead to lasting impacts on our day-to-day functioning, relationships, and our ability to be present and fully take in the world around us.
Together, in our sessions and with some work in between, I want to show you how to use your own strength and skills to create change, foster new understanding, and find solutions to the thoughts and worries that run through your mind.
We will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and "present" life takes courage—think of it like starting a new workout routine: it might feel awkward at first, but the results are worth it! I’m here with you as we tackle this journey together. You bring the effort, I’ll bring the support, every step of the way.
