Raylene has been a great support and a very professional, personable, and present therapist. What makes Raylene a unique therapist and an amazing one for me is that she is not afraid to challenge you. I leave every session with the encouragement to expand my mind about any given situation and think on it in a new way. I appreciate Raylene's expertise, professionalism, warmth, and I especially love that she is always looking for ways to expand her skills as a therapist. If she doesn't know something, she will not pretend to know. She will go away from the session, research the best thing she can do to help you, and come back with her findings. Therapy with Raylene feels like a collaborative effort to improve. I'm so grateful for her and have never felt as positively challenged, seen or heard by a therapist before.

I really appreciate Riley. She helps me to see underlying issues with my anxiety and depression. I like how she gives me things to work on and goals to help in between visits. She listens and understands what I’m going through. It’s only been a few visits and I feel it helps so much to talk with her
