About me
Hello, my name is Rebecca DeVito and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 5 years. I have worked with clients with a wide of concerns to include depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, and grief. I have worked in both an inpatient and outpatient setting with both civilians and the military. The main clinical approaches I use in therapy are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I choose my clinical approach based on the needs of the client and the clients comfort level. I encourage feedback from my clients to ensure a positive experience from therapy. I strive to create a safe and respectful environment.
