I started on Better Help when another program dumped me like I was a bag of trash. At a time when I was fighting with my mother more than ever. Things were truly bad and my stress and my anxiety were at an all time high. She was patient and listened to me to let me vent when needed and gave me some easy ways to deal with the stress. Soon enough I found my anxiety and stress had dropped down to a more manageable level, even during the middle of the pandemic. She took me from a horrible time in my life and helped me to pull myself out of it. Then when my health issues became more intense she was there to lend an ear to help me through it. After a sudden emergency hospitalization and surgery that has resulted in a life changing surgery needing to be eventually preformed she helped me start the process of dealing with the emotional weight of such a procedure. She is a great therapist and I wish her well in her future endeavors.

At first, I was angry my friends and family wanted me to go through counseling. I had sought counsel in the past, but any benefits seemed short lived. Rebecca has helped me to find peace with who I am and what I've lived through. She's helped me to analyze my faulty ways of thinking and to understand that life is fluid - not set in stone. Circumstances can change for the better, given time, hard work, patience, an open mind, and self-forgiveness.

Rebecca is amazing. If I didn’t know she had such a busy schedule I would think I was her only patient. She reaches out often between sessions and makes sure that our schedules align each week so we can meet. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with their mental health.

I’ve been talking to Rebecca for a few weeks and I feel like she is helping me with tools to manage my anxiety. I don’t feel comfortable opening up my struggles with people but Rebecca is really easy to talk to. I always feel better after our sessions.
