About me

Hi there! My name is Becky Jeske and I have been a therapist since 2015. I am married to my husband, Matt, and we have a three year old and one year old twins. We enjoy spending time with friends and family and being outdoors. In therapy, I use a strengths based approach with my clients in order to help them find their way on their journey in therapy. A strength of mine is connecting with new clients early in their counseling process. I believe this helps people propel themselves into their healing process. I hope to meet you soon!

I would not have been able to grow without the help of Rebecca! She’s been the best thing to happen to me this year and I’m grateful for her help. Highly recommend her to anyone.
