Welcome! My name is Becky and I have been working in mental health for the past seven years. I have my Clinical degree in Social Work and hold my independent license in Minnesota and Colorado. My therapeutic approach is very person centered; you lead your therapy, I just assist you on along the way. I tailor my approach to your specific diagnoses and needs. I utilize multiple treatment modalities depending on what your therapy centers around and what you would like to work on.

Rebecca has been great! I have been apart of better help for almost 6 months now and I have enjoyed every minute! Rebecca responds in a timely manner and always makes me feel heard. I love having this service. It takes the worry and wait out of therapy. When I need further help, I jump on, write my concerns or whatever I am struggling with at the time, and before I know it, I have a response from my counselor. Right away Rebecca recommended some worksheets and assignments to work on to help with the issues I was struggling with. I am very pleased!!

I was very apprehensive about seeking counseling. I fought my struggles internally for years and years. I knew early on that it would be more difficult to start therapy face to face. Usually betterhelp has given me the comfort to be more open than I ever thought I could be, and I've made so much progress on such little time! There are things that come up during the day that just need to be talked about in that moment, and holding onto them until the next appointment would be difficult. Having counseling available in real time has given me a flexibility that has really worked for me! Rebecca is AWESOME, and really gets me!

I have a lot of high stressors happening in my life right now, it has been extremely beneficial to have someone from the outside looking in to help me see what I do not and be able to have someone helping guide me through it.
