I have my doctorate in Counseling and I am licensed in Illinois with 16 years of professional work experience. I am also a Gallup Cerified Strengths Based Coach and Daring Way Certified Coach. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting and relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties.
