I am a licensed social worker in Washington State. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression.
Starting therapy is a big step, and I'm happy you're here. I use a variety of therapy modalities, depending on the client and situation, but I most often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which has a focus on the future, taking action and finding peace with our emotions.
