I was a little hesitant to start therapy, but Rebecca has made the process so comfortable. I feel heard whenever I address a concern with her and she helps me learn more about myself with every session. Im incredibly happy to have been paired with her as my therapist!

we've only been talking for just over a month but she's the only therapist I have been adamant on keeping. She's very kind, she makes you feel normal, she doesn't just let you talk at her she has actual conversations with you.
she doesn't feel like a stranger or just a person to talk to which is something I was very scared of, and she does a great job of making you feel like your talking to a friend and not someone who just assessing you.
If you want someone who will make you feel welcomed, give you reassurance, patience and tools to help you through your heeling jounrey, shes a great way to go
