Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rebecca Wilkerson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I’m new here to BetterHelp & therapy in general. As a child I would shut down and not talk to my appointed therapists. I’m happy I chose Rebecca out of all of the options. What stood out to me was her experience and expertise. I’ve always avoided therapy for certain reasons because I felt it was a little robotic. By our few sessions we’ve had, I have felt heard and understood. I don’t feel judged or mislead. I am happy I chose her. She is the support that I never knew I needed. Thank you Rebecca

I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found such an incredible therapist. She has profoundly impacted my life in ways I never imagined possible. Her compassion, insight, and dedication have guided me through some of the toughest challenges I've faced. She not only listens with empathy but also offers practical tools and perspectives that have helped me grow and find strength within myself.
Her ability to inspire hope and foster a safe space for exploration is truly remarkable. I leave each session feeling heard, understood, and motivated to face whatever comes my way. Without her support, I honestly don't know where I would be today. She has been a beacon of light during dark times, and her guidance has been invaluable on my journey towards healing and self-discovery.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do. Your impact goes beyond words, and I am incredibly fortunate to have you as my therapist.

I have been working with Rebecca Wilkerson for several months now and she listens without judgment and helps me work through issues in my life that often are too much for me to work through on my own. Also, in this crazy world, sometimes it’s just nice to hear someone say “you’re doing a good job” and she does that. I’m really happy I have found Rebecca Wilkerson and look forward to continuing to work with her.

Rebecca is kind, supportive, and friendly, but will be blunt when need be. A great therapist overall.
