I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Louisiana with over 30 years of professional experience. I have experience in helping individuals & couples work towards their goals. I also have experience working a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief & loss, ADHD, compassion fatigue, couples issues, work related issues, and life changes. My therapy style warm & accepting, yet when needed, direct and truthful. Specifically, I often use a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt, dialectical therapy, and internal family systems. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Therapy is a partnership between therapist and client. We work together to help move you toward your goals in life! It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. Ms. Rebekah has been kind and definitely listens. When I message outside of therapy sessions she gets back to timely. She’s given me many tools and worksheets to help, and we’ve haven’t had a bunch of sessions yet!
