About me
Welcome! My name is Rebekah Lorenz and I am a LICSW in the state of Minnesota. I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field, supporting people who are experiencing a wide array of life’s challenges.
I am trained to address mental, emotional, and interpersonal issues, related to Anxiety, Depression, OCD, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorders, PTSD, Adjustment Disorders, and a variety of other mental health concerns. I use a multidimensional therapeutic approach that includes concepts and techniques consistent with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.
As a Therapist, my goal is to support my clients to work towards creating lasting positive change that’s consistent with their needs, values, and goals. I see the importance in building strong therapeutic relationships through humor, empathy, compassion, and acceptance. My therapeutic approach is holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed.
