She does a wonderful job of making a safe space to talk about various issues, and puts a lot of effort into empathizing with what she hears from her patients and giving good, solid advice in regards to them. Wonderful person anyone would be lucky to have as a therapist!

I have been seeing Regina for 6 months, and the experience has been life-changing. From the very first session, I felt heard, understood, and respected. She creates a warm and safe environment that makes it easy to open up about difficult topics.

What I appreciate most is Regina’s ability to listen without judgment while offering insightful guidance. She helped me develop tools and strategies that I can use outside of sessions to manage my stress, anxiety, and other challenges. Every session feels productive and tailored to my personal needs.

Regina's approach combines professionalism with a genuine, compassionate attitude. I always leave our sessions feeling empowered and more self-aware. If you are looking for a therapist who is not only skilled but also deeply caring, I highly recommend Regina!
