I love connecting with my clients and helping them better understand their own experience from the inside out, versus outside in. I mainly work from object relations or attachment and psychodynamic theoretical lens, but shape shift to meet clients where they are. I help clients manage and regulate their difficulties with stress, anxiety, depression, family conflicts, attachment trauma, cPTSD & any/all relational issues.
