Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Arizona (LCSW-22387)
Direct, Practical, and Compassionate Therapy
I don’t believe in sugarcoating. Life is complicated, messy, and sometimes downright unfair—but that doesn’t mean you have to stay stuck. My approach is direct, realistic, and solution-focused, helping you move from where you are to where you want to be. I’ll listen—really listen—but I’ll also challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, recognize patterns, and make meaningful changes.
With over ten years in practice and fifteen years in the helping field, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and grief. I work with individuals, couples, and families, offering a no-nonsense, yet deeply compassionate space where you can process, heal, and grow.
My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I also integrate Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to provide a holistic, whole-person approach that helps you develop coping skills, resilience, and self-awareness.
What You Can Expect Working With Me:
Honest, clear, and direct guidance. I won’t just sit and nod—I’ll help you break through barriers.

A judgment-free zone. Whether you're navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, relationships, addiction, or identity struggles, I provide a space where you can be fully yourself—without stigma.

Regina has a way of engaging that makes you feel like a normal human before she gives you the tools to be a normal human. There is no perpetuation of stigma in the space she holds for you- you are in control and never villainized. She truly believes in her clients and doesn’t just listen- she hears.
