About me

My name is Renee and I hope that you start to feel a bit better after booking your first session with me today!

I work with a variety of adults who wish to focus on areas such as: improving self through understanding and embracing neurodivergence, managing anxiety and/or post-traumatic stress, advancing their careers and improving relationships through more effective tools.

My approach is strength focused and solution-oriented which means I focus on who you are and who you want to be and unlocking the areas where you may feel stuck now. I apply evidenced-based protocols and techniques to help address issues around anxiety, trauma, mood, family, ADHD/Autism, self-confidence and stress.

Our sessions will be designed around preparing you to achieve your goals and in celebrating your many successes along the way. Our time together may be brief as many clients achieve their primary targets within 4 to 12 sessions for short term goals or longer for clients who wish to address deeper issues including trauma recovery.

Healing, growing and living your best life starts right now!

With gratitude,

Renee Joyce

Renee has been an amazing therapist to me during my time of need. She is very responsive, allows for various communication methods (phone, text, chat) thru the app, and very knowledgeable. I feel confident when I have a session, knowing we will get results.

So far so great!

I’ve had a really good experience working with Renee, even after just a couple of sessions. She quickly identified the root of my challenges, something I hadn’t realized during months of previous therapy. Renee suggested that I consider working with an in-person therapist for my specific issues, which she believes will likely be more effective for me. I appreciate her structured approach, as she assigns tasks and homework after each session, helping me stay organized in my progress. She’s also very personable and understanding, creating a safe space for me to share my vulnerabilities. I highly recommend her!

Renee is so compassionate in her approach to therapy. She is a phenomenal cheerleader while able to ask questions and direct me in ways that lead me toward my goals. If you need someone in your life who can encourage you, will not be judgmental, and has a wealth of knowledge to help you in combating effects of trauma, I would highly recommend spending a session with her.

An absolute gem. Renee is kind, listens well, remembers details, and pushed me to advocate for myself and my feelings. She had resources readily available and helped me navigate a really unusual situation while making me feel less alone through it.
