Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Renee Shacochis. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I came to BetterHelp when I had just experienced a romantic breakup, and four or more friend breakups all during pandemic. I wanted perspective from a licensed pro on what I had done that led to this moment, and how to learn and improve from it. Renee was a kind and supportive presence throughout all of my word vomit and ramblings, and was complimentary about how I had decided to seek help. She was patient and a calm, grounding force. She was available at the outset twice a week at times, and always responsive on text messages.
Everyone’s situation is different. But you can expect a kind ear and complimentary voice from her. She was the first therapist I tried, and I don’t know what it would be like to work with another. But I’m satisfied with my care at the moment, as my therapy was based on a single event and discussing it.

In a short amount of time, Renee has been wonderful to talk with and she has been supportive in many ways. I feel comfortable speaking to her and she definitely provides feedback on what we discuss and the different approaches I can take at things that bother me or have me feeling down some days.
