Working with Rhonda was a fantastic experience. We established rapport pretty quickly, and I was appreciative of that. Whether it was via chat or in video session she really took care to listen and get to know me, but quick to challenge me when I'm full of it.
We got to a point where I could identify what I was doing to myself, and we came up with a few changes (some small, some big) to practice in my daily life. After a couple weeks, I was able to notch a couple personal victories and I feel optimistic about what's possible going forward. 10/10 would recommend.
