About me

Rhonda Milner, MS Ed, LPCC, LCDC III, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who holds a Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Dayton. Rhonda is also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III who has been working with men, women, and children with addiction issues for the past 13 years.

Along with an expertise of treating substance use disorders, Rhonda specializes in working with a variety of mental health disorders including those dealing with depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

Rhonda has been working with adolescents to help them gain positive peer support, develop pro-social activities, develop problem-solving and communication skills as well as relapse prevention skills and refusal skills.

In addition, Rhonda works with couples and families, to also help them gain problem-solving skills, communication skills, and to develop healthier relationships among family members.

Sometimes life events cause feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, and sorrow.
