About me

Welcome!
I’m Rhonda Palmer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17+ years of experience in the field of social work, licensed in Missouri, Texas, and Arizona. I support my clients in a variety of areas, such as anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem, neurodivergence (including Autism and ADHD), and more. Certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and Autism Spectrum Clinical Specialist, I’m passionate about supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges and building resilience.

I believe everyone’s journey is unique, and my approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical focusing on creating a safe and empowering space for you to explore and grow. Together, we’ll co-create a plan that honors your strengths, aspirations, and personal goals.

In our sessions, we’ll use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to guide you toward lasting change. I’m also currently pursuing certification in Brainspotting, an advanced method that helps process deep-seated emotions, empowering you to heal at a deeper level.

Life can be unpredictable, and I’m here to meet you where you’re at, offering flexibility and support every step of the way. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or navigating life changes, I’m here to help you to build confidence, courage, clarity, and resilience.

I’m honored to walk alongside you as you make positive changes, move toward the life you want, or though the challenges ahead. Let’s get started on this empowering journey together!

I have been to therapy several times in my life. Rhonda is the only therapist I have felt comfortable enough with, to completely open up to. I have told her things that I have never said out loud, even to myself. She is such a fantastic listener and just gets me. She has wonderful responses to my situation and gives real life comparisons. Rhonda is so easy to talk with and has helped me so much. I have a lot further to go, however, she has changed my life.

This is my first time in individual therapy. Rhonda shared with me on our first call, her personal background and what she has dealt with in her life. This helps her understand my issues. So far so good! Highly recommend.
