I am a LMFT providing therapy for 8 years. I enjoy empowering patients to reach their goals by building rapport, providing psychoeducation, and providing feedback to make changes in behavior. I meet with the patient but challenge them when needed. I use different modalities to help the patient to accomplish their goals. Providing coping skills to manage symptoms.
