Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Richard Harig. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

He's so clearly an expert in this field and I'm so grateful to have his insights to try to better learn/unlearn habits, patterns, etc. He comes across as an authentic person, plus one who cares. I appreciate working with him and he's been helpful in working through some major things I've been navigating, some for a very long time, and some current. Helps to have an expert on your side and it's been helpful to start learning to not get in my own way as much. Have to be willing to learn/unlearn and do the work to make progress, and it's nice to have company and empathetic guidance along the way so it feels even just a little bit less overwhelming, as life can sometimes be.

At 47 years old, with many experiences in therapy, and after the loss of my marriage, business, faith, career and father in 24 months, Dr. Harig helped me understand what I was dealing with more clearly than I remember any therapist doing in the past.

As a direct and somewhat aggressive man I was able to connect with Dr. Harig in our first session, which is difficult for me sometimes.

I’m pausing therapy for financial reasons only and when I come back I hope to pick back up with Dr. Harig.
