About me
Hi! I am a professional counselor licensed in Pennsylvania with over 30 years of experience in a high school setting. I have worked with young adults of differing backgrounds with many concerns, including depression, anxiety, and relationship, parenting, and family issues.
My counseling style is client-centered. I try to be an active empathetic listener and refrain from offering quick solutions or advice. I strive to provide a safe, confidential, and calm environment.
I enjoy interacting with family and friends, reading and sports.

Dr. LaDuke is a lovely human being. He is a wonderful listener and seems to be genuinely nonjudgmental. I have a lot of social anxiety and he puts me totally at ease.

Richard from the start was always asking the right questions! That’s exactly what I was looking for in a therapist. I didn’t know what questions to ask myself so I am very happy that we have dynamic conversation about what I am dealing with at the time.
