Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rita Seggelke. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

She is so wonderful. Its so helpful to have someone who listens and helps you figure out your past and present situations. She has been supper supportive and also honest with me in what she sees even if I don't see it. Eventually I see it and change my thinking and how I approach things.

Rita is exactly who I needed, when I needed a therapist the most. Her style is instantly disarming and allows for an easy judgement free environment to really explore uncomfortable areas. I have left ever session feeling better than I did when I started.

Finding a counselor who is able to keep redirecting it to you, you life and your needs is paramount to healing especially for a person like myself who tactfully or even unconsciously avoids self-compassion or even really hard inner work. She is able to hone in on your difficulties with kindness and patience. I am greateful to have had her in a really hard time in my life.

Rita has been a breath of fresh air to me. I met her while going through a particularly difficult time in my life and she helped give me tools that I was able to integrate into my daily routine that have greatly improved my situation. She is caring and attentive and highly insightful. I would recommend Rita to anyone!

I am so fortunate to have been paired with Rita. She listens in a way that makes me feel heard and understood. Her empathy is genuine and I've felt so comfortable opening up. Rita also has a fantastic sense of humor which takes the clinical aspect of therapy that I was used to out of the equation.
