I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My background is in working with children and adults that have endured traumatic experiences. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I also have experience in working with depression, ADHD, Behavioral Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Healthy Sexuality, & Sexually Reactive Behaviors. I enjoy working with individuals as they navigate the challenges of life with the objective of healing and a lasting recovery.
