He was a wonderful therapist! He focused on cognitive behavior. I liked that we did not focus on just chatting about issues (I can do that with friends), but true ways to improve my mental health. He was excellent at listening to my issues and reframing my negative thoughts through a difficult time in my life. He had excellent availability and would always ensure I had an appointment so I would stick with therapy and work on improving myself. I will absolutely go back if I start feeling depressed again!

My time with Robert has been enlightening and helpful. He listened to my concerns and asked questions that opened me to a different angle in my situation to consider. As a result, I saw the need to work on my approach and the way I handle and respond to rising events. When thoughts or practices go "un-checked", life can spiral into a potentially irreversible direction. I am glad that Robert came into my life when he did. Robert, I appreciate your input and the time you have spent with me. GOD bless you.

I have only seen Bob for 3 sessions, and boy has he helped me! He is someone that was born to be a therapist. I struggled to find someone that could help me with cognitive distortions and changing my perspective. I am so grateful he has really made a huge difference in my life!

I haven't seen him for long enough to really be honest enough to say much other than I appreciate him working with me. I know that can't be easy. I also know that when I was getting worked up and my brain was on overload, he stopped me from having a panic attack by using a tapping and breathing technique that really helped me to calm my body and my mind. He also cared enough to give me some homework in the meantime until I see him again that would help me to stay calm and gain perspective. It isn't easy but it makes me feel like he really does care about his patients and doesn't just talk about helping but actually does help.

Ever since I started therapy with Bob, he has been nothing but very supportive. He is a good listener and also encourages you to participate in the sessions. The homework he gives also helped me understand and look at things from a different perspective. I'm really grateful to have been matched with him

Robert’s logical approach helped me find my way. He helped me balance my emotions, and understand how to take care of myself. He helped me realize I’m worth what I want. I will continue to hear him say, “If it could be like that, what would it look like!” Whenever I feel down or negative, I repeat that statement and instead of saying “I don’t know,” I seek an answer. Thank you for all your help!

I came to Robert with a lot of anxiety about work, relationships with friends, and connecting with others. I felt like he understood what I was dealing with and didn't feel judged or bad about the issues I was dealing with, even when I felt really insecure about them. Robert gave me exercises to help me think through my anxious thoughts and reframe problems that consistently popped up in my life so I can tackle them head on.

Robert’s approach is very straightforward, intellectual, and open. He offers a style of counseling that caters to my analytical brain that looks for patterns and themes and connects to it with stories and examples. I have been enjoying my homework he’s given which has helped me to slow down and be more mindful and present.

This was my first time experiencing counseling -- let alone online counseling. Robert is a fantastic listener and continually surprised me with his suggestions and advice on how to approach issues I saw in my life. His suggestions didn't surprise me only because they were spot on, but because they were easy to implement and showed how much he understood where I was coming from. He is a wealth of knowledge, humor, and sincerity. He has a client-oriented approach and was able to walk me through goals I set for myself and advise on new goals that I set later on. Robert was a fantastic help and I hope he is able to touch many more lives with the abundance of care and guidance he exhibits in his work.

This is the first time participating in therapy with not knowing what to expect, and Robert has made my experience a great one. Will definitely recommend to all who requires someone who will actually listen to every little detail. I have one more session until therapy is finished, and I've had a great session with in-depth analysis of some things I've been going through for a number of years. Keep it up Robert!
