I am a licensed professional counselor in South Carolina, with over 11 years of experience in the mental health field. I'm passionate about helping others live full of vitality, fulfillment, and meaning, as well as creating and developing innovative ways to assist people in their journeys.
My expertise includes assisting clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, motivation, and self-concept. Utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as my primary therapeutic approach, I help clients develop psychological flexibility and align their lives with what matters most to them.
