Dr. Daufenbach has helped me on my journey of my mental health is ways I never even thought was possible. He gives good but compassionate challenges. He hears my needs and challenges and finds multiple ways to help me help myself. Dr. D is timely with friendly reminders. His challenges for myself have helped me develop daily habits that help me find myself. I highly recommend Dr. Daufenbach, and plan to stick with him.

Appreciate the expertise and time. He is extremely thoughtful and easy to talk to. Does not feel like a therapy session. It feels like a conversation which is very welcoming.
