I’m Robert. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Lifestyle and Results Life Coach. I received my degree at Pace University and conducted my therapeutic hours at New York Presbyterian; renounced as one of the most effective counseling/treatment centers in the world. I served in the armed forces, where I was dispatched to hospitals all around New York State for the Coronavirus outbreak. Through-out my counseling career, I’ve had experience in working with individual psychotherapy, groups, out-patient, in-patient, residential programs, day-habilitation programs, schools, hospitals, mentorship programs and also businesses. With these experiences, I provided service in areas of PTSD, depression, grief, career concerns, motivation, confidence building, work ethic, behavior interventions, leadership coaching, lifestyle changes, anxiety relief and attaining personal goals.
My therapeutic style is direct, warm, creative and looks for ways that my clients can enjoy the experience. No matter what any of my clients may be going through or experiences they face; I know they can utilize these experiences to become better versions of themselves. My therapeutic approach is similar to methods that of cognitive behavioral therapy, in which I implement goal setting for clients who especially struggle to attain their valued outcomes. Other methods I utilize are that of solution-focused and also acceptance and commitment therapy; in which I assist clients with growing beyond their stressors and evolve.
I am passionate about providing therapeutic treatment as well as quality improvement towards treatment outcomes. My main goal is to redefine a person to allow them to become the best version of themselves.

Incredible life changing results that I actually feel will stay. Robert really knows what he is doing and truly cares. It has taken me years and multiple therapists to find one that feels right for me and he is the one. Has crushed it since day one and will be coming back every time for his work.

I like Robert a lot. You can tell that he has expertise in his field and is a qualified counselor. He is an attentive listener who provides well-thought-out and effective feedback. Having that mixture of a coaching background and a therapist background is most helpful; I feel he is well-positioned to help me optimize my strengths in my quest to be the best version of myself.

Robert has helped me work through so much in so little time. He patiently listens and allows me to work or think through what I’m feeling in case if it takes me some time to speak. He also helps me set goals for myself based on what I’d like to focus on or improve & work through exercises between sessions. The exercises have worked out really well for me so far and I’m very thankful for my progress with Robert’s help!
