About me
I am a professional clinical counselor licensed in Kentucky. I have been working as a therapist since 2011. I have provided Identity Counseling, Trauma and Grief Counseling, Mood and Anxiety Counseling, and more. I have been specializing with the LGBTQIA+ community since 2020.
My counseling style is warm, interactive, and reflective. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered, therapy, mindfulness therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to pursue more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
