Very good listener. He helps me through when I breakdown, tells me it’s okay to feel that way and just to keep breathing. He helps me understand the “why” for some of the ways I feel and I feel very confident in him. I have felt so much better since I’ve been seeing him. He’s very easy to speak to and that’s huge for me. I highly recommend him.

Robert embodies in spades everything I could hope for in a therapist. Presented with a weighty suitcase of anxiety, depression, pandemic-related issues, and past abuse, Robert has gently started to help me unpack the messy contents of my life in the last four weeks. With kindness, great knowledge and expertise he already has provided tools to iron out some wrinkles; and we have a great map to conquer the rest.
Robert provides a safe environment to speak openly, a shared breath when emotions peak, and a good laugh at the best times. I highly recommend him.

Robert Sherman, is a wonderful therapist. He has helped me so much in one session. We focused on coping skills the first session help validate my thoughts and gave me rational reasons why the brain works in that direction. Wow helped me understand more about the brain works to protect myself and why some thoughts were crossing my mind. Not only did he validate my thoughts and feelings he taught me a great coping skills to help get back down to a lower stress level which made my day a lot better.

Robert is kind, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable. His therapy style feels more like a conversation and less like a therapist drilling me with questions. I don’t often feel comfortable with male therapists due to past trauma but I feel totally at ease with Robert. 10/10 recommend!
