I am licensed in California with 40 years of professional experience, helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression, coping with life changes, & executive coaching. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and in creating a non-judgmental environment, where you feel safe exploring your issues. While I am trained in EMDR, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and somatic therapies, we work together to tailor our treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
