About me
Life is fucking hard sometimes! Whatever the issue is you're facing I'm willing to guess that the issue itself is hard, but managing your thoughts and feelings around it is even harder. Maybe you ruminate on what could have been, maybe you beat yourself up, maybe you turn it outward and become hypercritical of those around you. Whatever your coping strategy is, you have a strong desire to breakthrough the limiting beliefs and patterns to reach a place of peace and contentment.
I use an eclectic mix of Attachment theory, Somatic and Psychodynamic modalities tailored to your specific needs. I find the key to liberation of the mind is to deepen our understanding of our earliest relationships, our bodies and our subconscious.
I’ve learned it’s not about what has happened to us as much as it is the meaning we've made of it. The stories we've told ourselves to make sense of the senseless that get refined over time into the narrative of our life- and that is what we must challenge. We must be brave enough to hold hope for the possibility that a new, and more true narrative exists.
