Robin McCall, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in California with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
In general, we will work on what I refer to as the “Six Areas of Wealth,” which are Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, and Financial. These are key to living an “Amazing Life.” It is not enough to feel less depressed or anxious; the goal is to actualize your “Amazing Self.” It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I’ve been working with Robin McCall for about half a year, and the experience has truly been life-changing. I sought therapy after my mom and uncle passed away, one month from each other. As a mental health professional myself, I thought I knew what I needed to do to take care of myself, but needed some help managing my emotions because I couldn't function. Everything seemed harder and I had a hard time believing I could feel better. Having Robin as my therapist has taught me about the functions of emotions and helped me describe my emotions in different ways. She has guided me in challenging my thought patterns and analyzing my behaviors. Things I couldn't do on my own. Thanks to Robin, I've been able to understand where my emotions come from and am continuing to learn how to self-regulate. I have allowed myself to show my vulnerabilities in order to learn and grow. Thank you Robin for providing a safe space for me. You have been a blessing in my life.

Extremely compassionate and understanding of what irks me..
She's probably the 1st therapist to make me feel this way about myself.
She's impressive and uses affirmations to make sure that I feel better...that's probably why they called this organization Better Help ;-) thank you Robin!!
